First, remove the packaging. Locate the metal threads on the cartridge and screw on to the thread side of 510 thread battery.
A 510 thread battery uses a universal standard thread, making it the most common battery connection with traditional cartridges. Pod-style cartridges will not fit 510 thread batteries.
The answer should be YES! Unfortunately, due to the design of some more enclosed batteries to conceal the cartridge, not all batteries and cartridges are compatible. Please contact us if you want to know if your cartridge will fit the battery you are looking to purchase.
The preheat function varies by each model. Typically, you press the button 4 times to activate the preheat function, but please contact us if you have specific questions.
Please consult the instructions for each battery as these functions vary per model and not all batteries offer this feature.
Insert the included charger and either plug into a USB-C or traditional USB wall charger to charge the battery. The screw in USB chargers screw in to the same place that you screw in the cartridge. The cord style chargers have an input at the end of the battery, opposite side of the 510 thread.
Sometimes the battery suddenly runs out of charge. The first thing is to do is to try charging it. If the battery indicates it is fully charged, check to see if there is a connection error, by unscrewing the cartridge slightly. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us so we can help you!
Our expertise lies in supplying hardware, not in the process of filling cartridges with your desired oils. Please consult a professional to help with this.
In general terms, the inner components of vape batteries are low voltage and safe. It is important to always store your vape battery in a cool, dry place.
