If your country of residence is not listed, please contact us at support@vapepenseurope.com to inquire about shipping rates to your country. While we cannot guarantee shipping outside the listed countries, we will investigate further.

Warehouses and Order Processing

We operate two warehouses strategically located in Spain and Slovakia to efficiently service these countries. 

Order Dispatch: Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the destination country:

– Rates start at 3.95€ for Spain and Slovakia.

– Rates increase based on current rates from our logistics partners.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below, and we will do everything we can to make the return process as smooth as possible.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@vapepenseurope.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Replacement or Refund:
     – If your item can be replaced or a new item can be sent, the cost of the item will not be charged. However, standard shipping rates will apply.
    – If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund for the item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

– The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it or please explain the reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase after using the item.
– The item is in its original packaging.
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

– For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
– For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

In most instances, we will not ask for the item back, except for PAX® or CCell® items, which we need to inspect for misuse or negligence.  When a replacement is being shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
